Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Airbus and Airbus Group

Jacqui began her career with British Aerospace’s Airbus Division, and took up her first Human Resources role in 2000. In 2003, she joined the Toulouse-based Business Focused HR team, where she was responsible for training and change management on the first trans-national project to harmonise HR processes and tools. She returned to the UK in 2007 as Plant Training and Skills Manager, where she led three teams working on apprenticeships, manufacturing technical training and SAP implementation.
In 2009, Jacqui was appointed Airbus UK competence and learning manager, focusing on the transformation of the competence management and learning organisation in the UK. Since 2011, she has been based in Toulouse again, first leading the Mobility Taskforce and then taking on the responsibility to co-ordinate internal mobility across all EADS divisions.
Jacqui is now Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Airbus and Airbus Group, leading a transnational and cross-Divisional team of Diversity and Inclusion managers in 7 countries. In this role Jacqui has recently launched the first Group-wide employee-driven network for gender diversity and established a steering board for Diversity and Inclusion, chaired by the Group CEO.
